Overhaul Turbocharger

Repair Turbine Blade
We use Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welding which is performed by certified welders in accordance with the applicable classification society requirements and approved welding procedures. Following the welding process, Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) and UV inspection are conducted to detect any cracks or surface defects. If any turbine blades are found to be fractured or damaged beyond the allowable repair limits, they are replaced with new blades to restore the turbocharger to its optimal operating condition.
Metal Spray
Our Metal Spray process provides a cost-effective and technically advanced solution for restoring worn components and surfaces to their original OEM specifications and tolerances.
