On September 3, 2026, PT Turbo Tech Indonesia partnered with PT Adaro Logistic Group to host a Turbocharger Sharing Session.
It served as a refreshment session for the Technical Team, Procurement Team, and vessel crew.
Additionally, the focus covered Turbocharger fundamentals and troubleshooting.
The session started with an exciting pre-test challenge designed to assess the participants’ knowledge of the Turbocharger.
Through an interactive AI-assisted quiz, three participants were selected as winners.
They were chosen based on the highest scores and fastest completion times.
The session continued with an introduction to small-frame, medium-frame, and big-frame Turbochargers also the basic knowledge about Turbocharger spareparts and works.
Next, the second session focused on Turbocharger Troubleshooting.
During the troubleshooting session, participants discussed technical aspects, including how to check Turbocharger gap clearances. They reviewed measurement methods, tolerances, and the importance of proper alignment for reliable operation. Additionally, preventive actions to minimize the risk of breakdowns were highlighted to guide future inspections and maintenance.
Participants noted that regular inspections and documented procedures help detect wear early and extend service life. The session emphasized clear communication of findings to maintenance teams so repairs proceed promptly and safely. This structure supports consistent data logging, traceability, and informed decision making across shifts.
To conclude the event, a post-test covering the topics discussed during the session was conducted. The assessment verified participants’ understanding of the material and their ability to apply what they learned. This formal closure marked the end of the scheduled activities.
